RESERVATIONS
River Region Dermatology and Laser is dedicated to providing clients with excellent service, the most advanced skin care and cutting-edge laser technology in a comfortable environment. To enhance our clients experience we are implementing a series of new cancellation and fee policies designed to ensure we meet the service demands of our clients.

Starting June 1, 2022 all clients will be required to place a non-refundable deposit via credit card or gift card down for their desired appointment. The card will be used to secure your appointment as part of our new cancellation policy. River Region Dermatology and Laser will only administer charges to the card for services performed on that day or for failure by the client to adhere to the new cancellation policy.

  • New Patient Cosmetic Consultations –$150
  • Follow Up Patient Cosmetic Consultations – $100
  • Botox, Dermal Fillers, Platelet Rich Plasma Scalp Injections, Dermatosis Papulosa Negra Removal- $100 deposit due at scheduling
  • Chemical Peels, Diamond Glow, Facials, all Laser Services & Microneedling – $50 deposit due at scheduling
  • Secret RF & Sofwave – A deposit of 50% of total due at time of scheduling
  • CoolSculpting – Full amount of treatment due at time of scheduling and/or prior to treatment.


CANCELLATION POLICIES AND FEES
River Region Dermatology & Laser understands that your time is valuable. We appreciate your loyalty and want to ensure that we continue to provide you with exceptional care in a timely manner.

We have updated our cancellation policies to respect the time of our aestheticians and you. We kindly request that you notify us 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Failure to notify us in a timely manner will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Your deposit, however, may be used towards a rescheduled appointment.

Our clients are important to us. When you miss your appointment, we lose not only your business, but the opportunity to service another client.
